I work with couples, families and adults who are seeking support and guidance with relationship issues and healing from painful childhoods and traumatic experiences. Many people I treat present with relationship distress, adjustment problems, symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD. I have been in practice for more than 20 years, have completed multiple post-graduate certifications (ie. AEDP; EFT with couples, families and individuals; Discernment Counseling), and am passionate about providing effective psychotherapy. Additionally, I enjoy providing therapy and consultation to therapists with similar interests.

I am an “emotionally-focused” therapist who sees emotions in relationships as the target and agent of change for clients. I am affirmative, active, collaborative, compassionate, and privilege in-session experiences of change. My clients say that I leave them feeling understood, validated, and supported. Any challenge I provide is gentle and goal-focused.

I guide clients to health and growth, and I don't give up hope that our relationships and emotional lives can be more satisfying and stable.
