In doing so, we can work to overcome past pains and progress towards the life you have always wanted. I am committed to working with individuals as they take this journey of discovery and change. I seek to form authentic relationships with clients in order to create a comfortable and safe environment.
I practice from a psychodynamic perspective. This means that I will work with you to understand how your past influences your present. This can only be done in a non-judgmental and welcoming environment in which you feel secure and accepted.
