I am trained in numerous evidence-based psychotherapies such as EMDR, Parts & Memory, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I believe strongly in building strong rapport in order to provide a safe and nurturing environment to grow in.
