About
Are you or your child feeling anxious, depressed or overwhelmed? Are you or your loved ones experiencing problems with relationships or at work or school? Have you undergone difficult experiences or trauma? Would you like to share your problems and concerns in a safe, caring and non-judgmental environment? If so, I can provide the support you need. I am a highly trained therapist with a PhD in Clinical Psychology and 29 years of experience. I believe in the power and importance of the therapeutic relationship and working with you to effect positive change in your life!
As a Clinical Psychologist, I have helped adults, elders, adolescents and children successfully deal with a range of problems and concerns. My approach to therapy is flexible, sometimes helping people deal with distressing symptoms and problems, and other times helping them gain a deeper understanding of their issues and themselves.
I am trained in both Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic Therapy, and have a Postdoctoral Certificate in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy from Adelphi University. If you are looking for a warm, caring, experienced and respectful therapist with a proven track record of helping people, please contact me.
