We are bombarded by questionable information at overwhelming speed and volume. The result is uncertainty, anxiety and helplessness. These processes shape our family life. Much of the process of healing involves dehypnotizing from harmful and dysfunctional cultural influences and assumptions. Where can you find order amongst the chaos? I give homework.
