I accept clients from all backgrounds and belief systems. Experiences make us each unique. Some experiences are a step towards our best selves and some are hurdles that might require some help to move past. I want to partner with you to celebrate your successes and make peace with your learning moments. Our problems in life can sometimes seem insurmountable and our future outlook, hopeless. That's never the case! You can always resolve the difficulties that have held you back.
I work with children, families, and adults dealing with ADHD, Anxiety, Stress, or depression. My work specializes in helping them overcome issues that can affect their success and joy in daily life. I also work with individuals and families who have experienced trauma, grief, or loss with an emphasis on compassionate care and recovery.
