I am a progressive, inclusive therapist and life coach believing there is no singular way one thinks or feels. I welcome individuals who like to work organically, discussing thoughts and feelings that arise in the moment; and individuals who prefer a more structured approach.
I work from a relational foundation, being trained in psychodynamic psychoanalytic techniques. A blank, silent therapist I am not. I am very much present and alive in the room with you, engaging with you as one human to another human.
