I am a licensed clinical psychologist with 30 years experience. I have a warm, caring approach to therapy. Specific research supported therapies include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), exposure and response prevention, prolonged exposure, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), schema therapy, and relaxation techniques. Therapy is guided by a thorough case formulation and individualized treatment planning for each person's unique needs.
