Whether they come in with a clear goal or feel overwhelmed and unsure of where to begin, we work together to find that starting point. For those struggling to articulate what they want or need, I help create the space to explore those feelings and give language to what’s been hard to express.
My approach blends therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Interpersonal Therapy. Together, we use these tools to build emotional resilience, improve relationships, and develop healthier thought patterns.
