My approach to therapy includes Cognitive Behavioral. Rational Emotive Behavioral Theory, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I believe in the premise that progress is directly related to the therapeutic alliance developed between a client and the professional, so I work diligently at developing a strong relationship of trust.
I earned my Bachelor of Science Public Administration Degree from he University of Nebraska as an Adult Learner. It took me 9 ½ years of attendance while raising a family and working full Time. I then earned a MS in Counseling from Bellevue University. I understand it takes time, hard work, and motivation to change. Let me help you find your motivation!
