I provide a stress-reducing, safe environment that allows individuals to be vulnerable without repercussions during their sessions. Individuals, with guidance, will create goals and objectives to measure their progression. I believe individuals should have autonomy over their treatment.
The first session will be an intake session, which includes a biopsychosocial assessment, an initial treatment plan, and the frequency of upcoming appointments. Individuals will have the opportunity to share their preferred treatment style and desired outcomes from therapy.
