Surviving Grief and Loss

Death is often overwhelming and debilitating to survivors. The pain is real whether it is a parent, significant other, child, friend or a family pet. This group explores the stages of grief and shared experiences in the process. Also developed are coping skills and strategies we learn to utilize. The group is kept small with a maximum of 10 participants to allow for peer interaction and bonding throughout the grieving process.
