I am a Neuropsychologist and Certified School Psychologist with nearly 30 years of experience. In our practice, The Center for Neuropsychology and Counseling, I specialize in providing consultation, guidance and evaluations services to children and adults in many different areas, including head injuries (including concussions evaluation and management), ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders neurological issues, and learning problems. Understanding the issues is key before effective interventions can be done.
We also offer interventions to help individuals (children and adults) who struggle with attention, memory and concentration. Aside from education and support, we offer interventions that actually improve your working memory, allowing you to focus longer, follow directions better and process information better, allowing you to manage more information.
In therapy, we will work to produce noticeable, meaningful change. We will set specific goals at the beginning and devise a plan on how we will reach those goals together. Periodic assessment are sometimes used to track our progress over time.
