People seek behavioral health treatment and support for a wide variety of reasons. Some of come to have support and guidance with solving problems with loved ones, hostile work settings, or with motivation to attain occupational or other personal goals. Others seek treatment for personal, internal emotional struggles or for behaviors that are troubling to them or others. It is always my goal to help resolve each person's challenges to having an optimal life in the most caring and considerate manner possible.
I am a licensed Clinical and Medical Psychologist. My approach to therapy is client-centered and problem-focused. I use an integrated combination of treatment methods, aimed at assisting my patients (and their loved ones) with overcoming obstacles to a healthy life, and with attaining optimal success with their life goals.
During our first meeting, it will be my primary goal to learn about you and your interests, to fully understand your concerns, and to gain a complete understanding of all the factors involved in your reaching out for support. I have a welcoming, collaborative and empowering approach in my work, and look forward to our meeting.
