I've worked with and loved learning about clients from many different backgrounds and walks of life, as well as helping my clients learn about themselves and their own needs. Many of my clients are neurodivergent or LGBTQ+, and struggle with motivation, communication, and the effort of being human in a stressful and sometimes unfriendly world. Some are goal-focused, while others just need someone to help untangle complex thoughts so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I specialize in helping overwhelmed people find the motivation that's so often sapped by ADHD, autism, chronic disorders/illnesses, addictions/problem behaviors, and other difficult life circumstances. I work with adults and adolescents, and am experienced with bringing family members into sessions to facilitate communication.

I strive to create an open and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore what they want out of life and who they want to be, at a pace that works for them. As in life, there's no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I look forward to finding out if I might be a good fit for your unique needs. We might even have a laugh or two in the process.
