In therapy, I will help you to sort through the different "parts of yourself" that seem to get in the way and to help you better understand what is really playing out on the "inside."
I offer individual and couples therapy, as well as psychological testing. All of these methods aim to help you better understand yourself and others, with the ultimate goal of helping you to be the best version of your self.
I very much enjoy the practice of psychotherapy and the privilege of being able to walk with each one of my clients in both their brokenness and their strengths. I believe my own therapy, relationships, and faith have deeply transformed me and I want to give that to you.
