I am compassionate, loving, and a down to earth therapist that has over 12 years of mental health experience in various different settings. Growing up as an army brat, I have traveled the majority of my life, and continue to see the benefits of living in multiple different cultures. As I continue to expand my experience, and knowledge within the mental health field, I find great joy in sharing that knowledge to help other's grow.
My primary approach is centered in cognitive behavioral therapy, while also heavily leaning on choice therapy modalities. When receiving services my I will always cater my modalities towards your needs.
