Helping professionals spend their careers supporting others, yet often neglect their own well-being. Although I remain a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor and am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Graduate Student, my practice is currently focused on supporting professionals and other individuals who work with those affected by trauma, addiction, mental health challenges, and other life adversities through Compassion Fatigue, Vicarious Trauma, Burnout, and Self-care education and consultation, as well as through Maryland Peer Recovery Supervisor (RPS) services.
I provide education, consultation, and support to help professionals recognize the effects of secondary traumatic stress, strengthen resilience, and develop sustainable self-care strategies. As a Maryland Registered Peer Supervisor, I also provide individual and group supervision that promotes ethical practice, professional growth, and reflective learning
