I have a deep passion for working with adult individuals and couples struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, loss, life transitions, conflict resolution, and unresolved trauma. I individualize my therapeutic approach for each client to provide support and guidance in helping them develop and meet their goals. I believe that successful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust and understanding rooted in empathy. My approach is holistic where the therapist and client must not only explore what is going on in the mind, but also address the physical, social, and spiritual needs as well.
To this end, I use a variety of integrated approaches such as Talk Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to address each client’s unique needs. Whether it be intrapersonal issues such as anxiety, depression, or unresolved trauma or interpersonal conflict at school, work, or home I am here to walk along side you.
Therapy is a rewarding journey with a beginning, middle and end. Each client’s specific needs are different but the end goal of therapy is always the same: to help improve overall wellbeing and live a more abundant life.
