I’m a New Mexico transplant from Washington State and received my master’s in counseling through Adams State University. My areas of clinical focus are LGBTQIA+ (stigma, identity exploration, etc.), couples/relationship counseling, sexual shame, anxiety and depression, existential concerns, and self-esteem. I use a systems perspective, which considers how relationships and culture affect mental health, particularly with oppressed and intersecting identities.
My approach to counseling is holistic and client-centered. I view the client as the expert on their own life and believe my role is to hold space and facilitate growth. Client-counselor trust and a nonjudgmental space are pivotal aspects of this process. I tailor my approach to each client, depending on their needs and concerns.
As a counselor, I am sex-positive, asexual affirming, kink-positive, and supportive of consensual monogamy and nonmonogamy. Our identities are complex and ever-changing. Whatever journey you’re on I’d be honored to go on it with you.

Weekly Group for Trans and Gender Queer Folks!
This is a weekly counseling group for Transgender / Gender-Variant / Nonbinary / Questioning folks. The focus will be on providing support, community, and exploration of mental health themes related to gender identity and cultural stigma. This group is currently accepting new members, age 16+.
