Losing a cherished pet can be as devastating as the death of a human loved one. This group offers a supportive place to share your grief among friends who care and understand your pain. We will discuss the Stages of Grief as identified by Dr. Elzabeth Kubler-Ross, and will practice effective stress management techniques. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. Group size is limited to 12 people maximum. Groups begin as soon as the rosters fill up.

Hard economic times have led to increased stress in the workplace: fear of job loss, stagnant or reduced pay, and increased workloads.
