I believe in working with clients from where they are currently and helping them to grow and develop to the full potential that they are seeking. Counseling can be a way to help the individual through seeking understanding and insight into their life and into their various challenges. From greater understanding of self we identify appropriate potential paths toward healing.
I have been providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families in a variety of settings for over 28 years. I have a Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
I provide counseling for a variety of issues including: depression, grief, loss, life transitions and adjustments, PTSD, marital issues, family therapy, parenting issues, ADHD. I work with adults, seniors, children, and adolescents.
