I am a reality cognitive therapist so I incorporate activities when working with children and adolescents such as Karate, archery, and various games to create a bonding process. After we go through the bonding phase, we work together to construct a treatment plan which includes homework assignments and projects. I am also trained in the family system approach.
Philosophy- we assist individuals, adolescents and their families in clarifying perceptions, discovering there potential and building the confidence needed to utilize that potential, through cognitive behavior therapy.
The treatment plans are usually very action orientated. After building bond between each other; We start developing a goal-orientated plan which would include various homework assignments.
