About
Few things are more distressing than difficulties with attention, learning, anxiety, depression, memory or mental confusion. If you or a loved one are experiencing such problems as result of a head injury, a difficult life situation, or simply unexplained reasons, there are treatments and resources to help. I am a licensed psychologist with 45+ years of experience working with individuals, families and couples. I have experience in a wide range of settings including schools, mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, universities and prisons. I take a biological/psychological/social approach to assessment and treatment.
I work with children over age 8 and adults. My specialties are psychological, neuropsychological and psycho-educational testing. My approach is tailored to the individual through comprehensive assessment.
I am part of the Sterlingworth Center group which also includes licensed professional counselors, and a behavior/educational specialist. We have working relationships with outside professionals such as psychiatrists, pediatricians, a neurologist and attorneys. We work together to build a trusting professional relationship that meets your needs.
