Are you seeking to redefine your sense of purpose or just cope more effectively with life? There's hope for you to achieve personal growth & fulfillment. My practice offers a compassionate, safe space to uncover your true desires while solving issues, such as anxiety, depression, LGBTQ identity/sexuality, eating disorders, or relationship conflict. After a successful corporate career, I followed a life-long desire to help others. My hope is to empower you to achieve peace of mind and meaningful life changes. Let's start exploring your strengths and values, as we uncover your pathway for optimal growth. Note: Prepare/Enrich certified
As we connect and collaborate, you'll explore ways to cope and thrive. As a gay man in Atlanta, I especially enjoy building relationships with LGBTQI clients. I survived "coming out" as a young adult and can identify with LGBTQ+ culture while providing genuine support and guidance. I would be honored to be your devoted guide as you start this journey.
Therapy is tailored for clients' needs & preferences within a safe, affirming space for the LGBTQ+ community. Various therapy models include CBT, DBT, & mindfulness models. James has a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mercer University, graduating with top honors. Office near I85, Buckhead, Decatur, & Chamblee; 2nd office in Sandy Springs.
