As a licensed Dr. of clinical psychology, I specialize in anxiety (OCD, GAD, phobias), depression, insomnia, autism spectrum disorders, complex medical/psychological conditions as well as recovery from affairs. I also offer treatment for cannabis (pot) addiction. I provide evidence-based care grounded in CBT and other proven methods, but I’ve found that warmth, authenticity, and a healthy sense of humor are just as essential. Therapy is serious work—but it works best when you're able to feel supported, understood, and even smile along the way.
I have practiced for more than 25 years. I offer human centered support mixed with the science of psychological treatment (typically CBT). However, this is not always adequate and I have experience with a number of other theories that I hope will apply directly to the person in front of me.
