Hi everyone! I intend to build a trusting, and professional relationship with you in a way that feels right . Feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of next steps happens to everyone at some point. Together, we’ll look at what’s been weighing on you and build tools that fit your life. I welcome individuals of all identities, including veterans, first responders, medical professionals, caregivers, students, and private and public service professionals. My goal is to create a space where you feel respected, supported, and able to explore new perspectives.
Therapy should feel safe, intentional, and empowering; that is exactly what I will work to facilitate. I use an integrative approach. All this means is one size does not fit all, and creativity is super useful. Everything doesn't need to be pathologized, reframed, or re-directed. Sometimes shit happens outside our control, and that is reality.
Whether you’re adjusting to a life change, facing relationship or work stress, or exploring identity and purpose, you deserve care that honors your story. I provide individual therapy in person or via tele-health, drawing on my experience as a military spouse and LGBTQ+ clinician to support your journey toward healing, balance, and self-acceptance.
