I am accepting New Clients- I have a good deal of experience in counseling those struggling with anxiety, depression, relationships, spirituality, and life transitions. I assist individuals and couples to achieve their goals by helping them to gain insight, improve coping skills, and build supportive and nurturing relationships. As a therapist who is a Christian, when asked, I am able to offer counseling services which integrate faith, Biblical concepts, and psychology in a way that respects each individual’s right to develop their own beliefs. My mission is to help my clients to feel better, and to enjoy life more fully.
I have a passion for helping couples to improve communication, resolve differences, and build resilience into their relationships. I will do my best to ensure a safe environment where you may openly discuss your experiences, concerns, and feelings. I will provide a positive therapeutic setting, unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness.
