I am a cognitive-behavioral therapist that provides empirically supported treatment for people struggling with OCD, anxiety, and depression. I use exposure and response prevention for individuals who have OCD. My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and interactive. I offer both weekly sessions and more intensive treatment for OCD if appropriate.
I have received extensive training in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders at both the Institute of Living and the Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Institute at McLean Hospital. In addition to weekday appointments, Sunday morning appointments are currently available. I have Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology in all PSYPACT states.
