We all get stuck in life, and sometimes we need someone to help us get unstuck. My practice prioritizes your time as well as your safety and comfort, integrating evidence-based practices to address past wounds and heal as quickly as possible. I have helped numerous clients overcome their problems in individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy. Though I primarily work with clients struggling with trauma, depression, and anxiety, I also help clients discuss sensitive topics such as privilege.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered though I will also push you to grow as we can sometimes be our own barriers to growth. By blending therapeutic interventions from Seeking Safety, CBT, and problem-solving therapy, our sessions will focus on meeting your unique needs to help you overcome obstacles at your own pace.
I joke that social work chose me because I have helped clients overcome various problems since I was 16. This has given me decades of experience that started at an early age, so there is nothing you could say that will shock me.
