I have spent the last 17 years of my career helping individuals, couples, and families heal from mental illness and substance use disorders and making this moment a leaping off event to their next journey.
My career has focused on helping people heal from addiction and trauma. Thankfully both are treatable, allowing us to realize the life we want. Working together we can heal the trauma and place the addiction into remission. This painful chapter can come to a close freeing clients to write the next story of their life.
My typical client is one who is just getting ready to dip their toe into the idea of recovery or starting the healing process. Many times families begin the process with a phone call and a free consultation.
