My clients are adults of all ages working through a wide range of issues, such as depression, anxiety, addiction, grief, spiritual disconnection, relationship difficulties, and more. I have a particular interest and additional experience with the LGBTQ population, young adults working to establish their identities, those working through painful grief journeys, and those who are exploring their faith or spirituality. My goal is to create a space free from judgment where you can explore who you are, who you want to be, and how you become that person.
I see you as the expert on your own life. My role is to walk with you on your journey of self-exploration, offering insight, support, and practical tools. Together we can work through anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, or questions of meaning. If you’d like, we can also integrate spirituality or creative approaches like dreamwork.
Starting therapy is a brave step, and it is natural to feel uncertain about the process. My role is to listen with empathy and without judgment, helping you find relief, clarity, and new ways forward.
