Using EMDR therapy for trauma/PTSD as well as a specialized ERP approach to OCD! I am a proud person in recovery from substance use disorder for over eight years. I have extensive experience working with those who live with with co-occurring disorders, trauma/PTSD, obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety and depressive disorders as well as those who are working to achieve or maintain recovery from substance use disorders. I'm a certified clinical trauma professional and my masters is focused on clinical MH counseling.
