I am a licensed psychologist, neuropsychologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. For the last 20 years, I have helped well over 1000 individuals and families navigate challenging issues based upon their unique circumstances. I will work with you to identify a plan that suits your particular needs, and adapt it along the way as we work together. I work with patients of all ages, across a range of anxiety and mood disorders, and have expertise in OCD, AD/HD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Panic Disorder. I use a blend of CBT, DBT, and ACT principles to help patients overcome their difficulties.
In addition to therapy services, I conduct comprehensive neuropsychological testing. This includes measuring cognitive functions, like memory, attention, and executive functioning, along with diagnostic testing and personality assessment. The results are used to create a unique roadmap of next steps, which is reviewed during a detailed feedback session.
I completed my training at Penn St, University of North Carolina, and McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I have published research in scientific journals, & worked on a research team examining the neuropsychological functioning of college athletes & players in the NHL. I am currently President of PennABA & provide expert consultation for local schools.

Groups
Free Adult Anxiety and OCD Support Group
This is a free support group for individuals with OCD or significant anxiety that takes on an obsessional form (eg, panic attacks, social anxiety). The group is held virtually on a monthly basis, on Tuesdays from 4pm to 4:50pm. Meetings occur via Zoom - patients can create a Zoom account for free. Please email if interested in joining.
