I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist. I grew up in Southern California and have worked in this area for the past 30 years. During that time, I have been fortunate to have worked with a wide range of people, couples, and families, addressing many issues important to them. While I don't have an Ideal Client, the majority of my experience has been with people between the ages of 18 through 80 years old.
While I am trained and educated in many different psychological counseling approaches, I have found that the field of Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy seems to benefit the most with a short-term solution to many life challenges. I am also flexible enough to allow my clients to modify my approach to best help them.
I have found that listening to my clients, allows me to tailor my feedback to their soecic needs most productively. My journey into therapy began with a deep curiosity about human resilience and the desire to help others find strength through life’s hardest challenges.
