As a seasoned and friendly counselor with decades of experience, I hold an M.A. degree in psychology from Sonoma State University. My extensive training includes decades of study in mindfulness and meditation centers in India, Europe, and the Bay Area, California, as well as training in MBSR (mindfulness-based stress reduction) and MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy). My approach to therapy is centered around creating a warm, friendly, and safe space for you to explore your concerns and issues. I aim to support you in tapping into your strengths and developing skills in attention, self-awareness and self-regulation.
