Is a psychological assessment needed? I have been doing comprehensive evaluations since I came to W. Lafayette in 1967 to teach clinical psychology at Purdue University. Often referrals surround ADHD, ODD, and depression. A fee depends on measures required to answer referral questions. I can discuss fees. I am trained in a variety of therapies and have concerns for broad personal growth and resilience beyond modifying diagnostic behaviors. I also work with persons who have no diagnosis but anxiety related to activities such as work or sports (Cognitive-Affective Stress Management Training). Further, I do biofeedback.
