I’m a second-generation Vietnamese American (he/him) social worker, therapist and certified Brené Brown facilitator who works with adults and teens navigating stress, anxiety, grief, and life transitions with emphasis on identity, career coaching and bereavement. I also specialize in men's issues including masculinity, cultural expression and emotional communication.
Authenticity, compassion and humor are the core of my practice as I have found them to ease the pain in the process of healing as well as safe when opening up about emotional vulnerabilities. I consider myself an eclectic practitioner drawing from a broad range of humanistic, strength-based, cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapies.
