I use an eclectic approach combining Evidence Based Practices with mindfulness, experiential, existential, and creative modalities. We will find an approach that works for you to focus on the areas you want to target.
My goal and privilege is to meet you where you are. We will tap into your strengths to help you cultivate the changes and life you envision.
