Ready to meet your potential? I specialize in helping adults heal trauma and move through transformations. The result is greater resiliency and wholeness. This allows you to get to know the Self on a profoundly deep level, and to be working in harmony with your internal system. The tools are already within. Sometimes, we just need to be shown how to access them. My approach is holistic and individualized to meet your needs. Talk and rapport building establish a foundation for experiential pieces of work in sessions. I am greatly influenced by my passion and study of consciousness and spirituality. I have 1 spot open!
I offer a brave space for deep healing and working with the most challenging parts of yourself. With a trauma-informed lens, I use EMDR, IFS (Parts Work), Brainspotting, CBT, meditation, breathwork, and talk therapy in sessions.
