Hey, how are ya? You’re looking to do therapy but may not know where to start. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or pretending you know exactly what to say. I believe therapy works best when it feels real, supportive, and actually useful. There’s no “right” way to show up: rambling, silence, tears, nervous laughter...all allowed! I specialize in trauma, which can show up as anxiety, depression, grief, and PTSD. I often work with people who struggle with self-worth, feel disconnected or rejected, or worry.

I do EMDR therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), it sounds intense, mysterious, and something out of a sci-fi movie but it's a well-researched approach that helps many people process painful experiences in a way that feels less overwhelming. Many people find it helps take the emotional charge out of difficult experiences over time.

While therapy is collaborative, we move at your pace, and you’re in control of what we work on. If you’re curious about working together, I offer a free phone consultation.
