I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 12 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked with individuals facing trauma, PTSD, suicidal and non-suicidal self-injury, as well as depression and anxiety. I work with children, adolescents, and adults to help them achieve the success they are seeking. I completed my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at the University of Central Oklahoma. As a combat veteran from the Army, I understand the stresses of transitioning to civilian life. This, combined with my professional experience, enables me to provide the guidance &support my clients are looking for.
I utilize multiple treatment approaches including mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), and motivational interviewing (MI).
