Alliance’s Love Promo continues through March! Depression and anxiety can feel like uninvited roommates—taking up space and convincing you they’re never leaving. When stress, doubt, or those inner voices telling you you’re not enough start affecting your life or relationships, it may be time for change. I work with individuals tired of feeling stuck and couples who want to be on the same team again. Together we’ll uncover what keeps you trapped in old patterns and build strategies that fit your life. The goal isn’t just relief; it’s rediscovery.
I'm passionate about empowering individuals and couples to reach their fullest potential. My specialties include relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, disability adjustment, and navigating life's darker moments. Through an integrated mind-body approach, we'll collaboratively find strategies that meet your unique needs and reignite your spirit.
My positive, solution-focused style is unique to each client. Through collaborative efforts, we develop personalized goals. This style is successful with a variety of individuals struggling with the “stuff” that life throws our way. Together, we will turn difficult, painful moments into opportunities for growth and strength.

Groups
Educate, Equip,, Embrace to Empower
The purpose of this psychoeducational group is to empower a group of disabled individuals by providing accurate, positive philosophy. Members will learn to embrace their characteristics and uniqueness to realize that disabilities do not limit them from pursuing goals, dreams, and finding joy and fulfillment in life. They will learn about the many resources and organizations in their area to find people with whom they can relate, connect, and network. The group would be educated on techniques and technology that would fit their needs to achieve greater independence and high expectations.
