My approach to counseling involves use of cognitive behavioral therapy, person centered focusing on empowering the individual becoming the best version of self, working collaboratively to obtain positive outcomes. I have worked with adult population, children and adolescents to include family supports, as needed, with experience working with anxiety disorders, depression and neurodevelopmental disorders. Life can be challenging for everyone, but one can seek fulfillment when creating a balance between life and school or work and focus on creating the best version of self. Let's get to work!
I will provide active listening, presence of your needs treating you with integrity and respect; providing a safe environment conducive to your safety and needs. As a mental health counseling professional will collaborative with you in seeking positive outcomes. In addition, will present with genuineness, empathic understanding, and acceptance.
