I utilize foundational principles from several behavioral approaches; including, but not limited to, person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and rational emotive behavior therapy. I utilize a strengths based approach, as I believe all people possess strengths that can be utilized to propel them toward achieving their goals.
I have provided services in the following areas/settings; homeless youth, hospital setting (premature babies/families, cancer/hospice, various medical issues), eating disorders, jail setting/felony charges, ADD/ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), Autism, individual therapy, couple/marital therapy, anger management, keys to inner visions.
