Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you’ve made a courageous choice, and I’m here to support you. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS), Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in North Carolina; as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) in the state of South Carolina, I bring over a decade of experience in helping individuals navigate life and professional challenges. I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor (CSI), for substance abuse counselors. My specialized training and expertise allow me to address a wide range of challenges.
As a therapist, I offer a holistic and integrative model tailored to meet each clients needs. I challenge them to explore uncomfortable truths, confront limiting beliefs, and take actionable steps toward meaningful change. As a supervisior, I help clinicians develop a strategic approach to psychotherapy, ensuring their work carries significance and impact.
