Jamaika is an alumni Division 1 athlete who specializes in working with current and former elite & professional athletes of all ages and stages. Also, she works with individuals experiencing or/have experienced domestic violence/abuse. Lastly, she specializes in working with individuals who struggle with variety of addictions & maladaptive behaviors.
As a counselor, Jamaika provides a judgement free zone, safe and supportive therapeutic environment. Jamaika strives to aid her clients in reaching their best self, as well as, experience a quality of life and peace within their mind and life their daily lives.
