Reaching out to a therapist can be a challenging first step. I am here to help when you are ready. My goal is to be a support in my client’s life and walk alongside them in their therapeutic journey. I have developed a passion for helping teens and adults to develop coping skills to work through and process day to day stressors.
In therapy my goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment, where each client can feel comfortable to explore their thoughts, feelings, and emotions. When working with clients I utilize cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and mindfulness techniques to help develop a therapeutic style that reflects the client’s needs.
I am a masters level clinician in pursuit of full licensure. I am working under the supervision of Dr. Floyd Robison HSPP and Beth Robison M.S. LMHC at Shady Grove Behavioral Health. As a masters clinician I am able to offer a reduced fee for clients.
