Hello Friend! My name is JaLynne Fletcher and I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Southeastern Idaho. I work with women and female adolescents addressing anxiety, depression, and trauma through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy to increase their empowerment in themselves, their decisions, and their enjoyment of everyday life.
I connect well with women and female adolescents with a variety of concerns and challenges. My skills encompass problems with anxiety, depression, eating difficulties, and trauma. I am also competent in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and learning difficulties.
Humor! I use humor but I also match my mood to the client and what is needed at the time. I know how to sit in silence if time is needed to feel feelings. I also can be adamant and hold you accountable. I am generally easy-tempered, very likable, and easy to connect with. I am here to support and empower and never to judge.
