Trauma can impact parts of you that you might not even be aware of. I am a big believer in somatic experiencing and the mind body connection, and use it quite often in my work. I specialize in grief with the use of creative outlets as a focus. I utilize both somatic and attachment perspectives. I use S.A.F.E. EMDR to address trauma, anxiety, and a variety of other blockages. I also work with couples and families who may be struggling with transitions, disconnection to others or to the self, and lack of purpose or direction.
